Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration, but please note that the below charges will apply to cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice doesn’t allow Mary Mehan Coaching sufficient time to offer that session to another client in need. Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping your appointment.
Client’s information is collected for the purpose of processing your appointment booking. The client’s identity, as well as the nature and content of the client’s work with Mary Mehan Coaching and Mary Mehan will remain private and confidential. No information about the client will be shared with a third party without the client’s explicit consent in writing.
- Cancellation of scheduled appointment at least 24 hrs. prior to appointment time - NO CHARGE
- Cancellation of scheduled appointment within 24 hrs. - 50% CHARGE
- No Show / No Phone Call to cancel appointment - FULL CHARGE
