My approach is unique

The term coaching is associated with talking through the issues to come up with strategies for change. While that is a big part of what takes place in a coaching session I also believe in helping a client achieve a positive life experience by applying whatever approach will best serve the needs of the client.  For example, when working with a family dynamic, I would come and observe the interaction of the family so getting to a solution can come faster.

Minimalism and Decluttering

The first step to living a happier, healthier, lighter, more productive life is to declutter and clear out old limiting habits and beliefs!  Our thoughts create our reality, and often our self talk is not kind. I can help you discern what is valuable to growth and what needs to be discarded when it comes to your self image. 

Take the right action

When we want to look our best we hire a personal trainer. When we want to live our best life we hire a life coach.  Both take real action. We all occasionally need help with working through issues, and together we find what  best serves your needs. No one is going to show up to save you, but I can help guide you in saving yourself!

As I learned to do with children I build client relationships on trust and understanding at a deep inner level, Old or young I cater to the individual's needs through a loving nonjudgemental  approach, so wether its your child or inner child that you are struggling with my unique perspective is here to serve you!
